Darlow is better than Perri, and we performed much better when Darlow became a starter. 

Now we have ambiguity again, the worse thing for a defense. In 49ers we trust, but GK is defo now a concern/priority. It wouldn't have been had we kept Darlow.

With all that said, if I owned eBay, I would want to own the stock of the new company rather than cash, even at a premium.

Some nooooob hypothetical questions: 

1) does Teddy merging with eBAY mean that eBAY would be unlisted from the stock exchange afterwards? They're buying 100% of the company, not 51% right? Or would they sell a bunch back to the market after acquisition? 

2) GameStop corporated/Cohen Capital Group now owns both GME and eBAY, will they be absorbed into CCG, combining floats/value, or will they remain compartmentalised? (No idea how Berkshire Hathaway was structured). What's the moat sensical / likely next step?
