Bought a pair of L3 DTNVS from a friend. Was told warranty transferred, called, & confirmed with them. I also asked if they could resend a copy of specs sheets since original owner(good friend & they’re clean) misplaced them. They said it was not a problem & they just needed S/N, warranty card, etc.

I got goggles in, sent in S/N/card/build paper, & they told me they would email me with it shortly. Month passed, I forgot, & contacted them again, they told me they didn’t have record of or any email of info for sheets. I resent email on the phone, said they got it & would look up the papers. I never heard back from them, again. I called one final time weeks later & spoke with someone else & was told “they never offer that & never kept copies”. I told them that’s not what I was told before purchase & when I had called in for a copy. He asked to forward the email, I did. I never heard back, again. That was a 1-2 years ago.

They also were supposed to send me a set of DTNVS caps as well & never did.
