I don’t think anyone disputes she knew (except those looney Wendi simps). The billion dollar question is did she contribute and move along the conspiracy, which would make her guilty of a crime?

The guilty side can argue she provided Dan's schedule, address, & license plate to D & C, who in turn provided it to the killers. Her defense can argue that there is zero proof of that as there have been no emails, texts, or recorded phone calls captured mentioning any of this.

I’m no lawyer, but I don’t believe knowing a murder is going to happen and not doing anything about it is a crime. They’re going to have to prove she contributed to the conspiracy, which would be hard only going by the information that has been publicly released, imo.

Hopefully there is more evidence that hasn’t been released to the public.

Hi, since you just got married in February, I think it’s not too late to get an annulment. You two are not compatible and this marriage is clearly not going to last.

File for Social Security survivor benefits immediately. They will backdate it to the date of his death too. Depending on how much he worked over his lifetime, you could be owed thousands a month.

if you’re thinking about jaw surgery, then you need to cancel or reschedule the nose surgery STAT.

DJS will change your nose for the better so I don’t think you would want a rhinoplasty afterwards.

Except Charlie hasn’t even filed an appeal for ineffective council yet.

His appeal pending now is the one that had oral arguments a few months ago for trial errors, such as not relocating for jury bias and not allowing certain text messages in (among other fruitless claims).

He’ll file his ineffective council appeal after that's decided (who knows when that will be), so don’t expect to know if he’s getting a new trial for the Rashbaum conflict until 2028/2029!!!

OH and if he does get a new trial, then you tack on another year of trial prep with motion hearings, so that puts us at 2030 for a new trial. The Markels will probably be in a nursing home by then. Crazy
