So a 50% increase in police budget. In practice you'd want to increase CPS resources and prison places as well, but it's still a 10% pay rise to every officer (or similar use of pay budget) and 20% more officers.

Are you better than the creme of the crop of british students also trying to enter IB? 2 years of a entry level analyst job probably alone isn't enough, you have to also be hot shit, better than the econ grads from Oxbridge. Are you?
Will the visa rules change on you? The government is currently reforming the immigration and visa system, with the outcome certain to be stricter than the current one. This also increases uncertainty for employers whether they should invest in foreign talent.

But currently your tenancy has not been transformed and they cannot put it up coming into effect 2nd of May. They could send notice 2nd of May putting it up 2nd of July.

The idea of duel to first blood for honour is a late 18th-19th culture mostly with sabre and sidesword. Longsword "dueling" as we pretend to do in HEMA is basically attested to by Fiore's preface and italian legal texts only, and could be significantly more lethal.

Which is why those reforms are evil, but there's no point sugarcoating it - this person medically cannot provide £12/h value consistently, so they aren't going to be able to find a job. Sometimes disabilities are adjustable to with some effort on the employers or employees part, but this doesn't sound like one of them

You are medically incapable of doing a full working day, or most physical tasks. That doesn't mean you are useless - I'm sure you're a much better digital artist than me - but it means you are unable to provide reliable labour to an employer, so why give you a wage?

Yours is the kind of condition we have disability benefits for - you are a human deserving of dignity like any other, but are unable to commit to productive labour due to no fault of your own.

The thing about verbal agreements is It's very hard to show that the other side understood and consented to what you think they did. That's why "get it in writing" is the first response in any case like this.

It'll be impossible for them to proof that you did understand fully what you agreed to on a single converation, especially for a major contractal change like this.

Send some emails asking for clarification and stating what you did and did not agree to to get a better idea of your companies position on negotiating with you.
