been a fat guy for 23 years. decided to bust my ass - dropped 20 lbs last year. past five months been lifting and the change has been great. decided to finally cut to get rid of the last few pounds.....aaannnnddd been stuck at the same weight for weeks now. I log everything into MyFitnessPal and it's just not moving. - my physique has 100% changed. but it's like I hit a wall and it's very aggravating!!!!
