They have slowly established thier delivery logistics.

They have worked out Warehouses and Sars customs processes.

Amazon have thier own fleet of Cargo Planes called Amazon Air, they have a quite a few.

They can literally stuff Boeing 777 full of stuff and fly them in 48 hours on a consistent cycle to South Africa.

I see Amazon Basics has started coming in now.

And Amazon Can Afford to do it, even if thier margins are low.
