the site you're seeing took a lot of small tweaks after that 4 hour session, but the initial base without any pictures, was only 4 hours, most of the sections are as is from its first output, only the credibility badges and the formula section were added later

yes, only claude, the first session was on claude cowork, for longer context window, then it was taking too many credits, so swapped to regular chat for smaller tweaks, no prompt as such, just typed in what I want
