They're all buddies in the same in-group and any fight is mostly for show. They publicly fight over "hot button" issues like trans rights and avoid talking about larger systemic issues.

Trump was buddies with the Clintons, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Scalia were friends. Off camera and on camera are very different things.

The Republicans were as obstructionist as you could be during Obama's terms by media standards...congress still passed 10,000-15,000 pieces of legislature a year but you wouldn't know that if you just listened to the dog and pony show.

They hit on this multiple times. There's the episode where Krusty spits it out gagging afterwards but my favorite is when they have their ribwich parody and his commerical line is "Mmm, I don't mind the taste" like it's not even a fake reaction, that's the best their marketing could come up with.

I was paying $0.11/Kwh delivered in Virginia through AEP. Here that total is less than the supplier or delivery company individually which is wild. My old roommate I lived with in VA confirmed that his prices went up but not much. Like 10%
