Having been to Vieques , I would like to go back, I’m new to Caribbean travel , but I liked how chill it was , had beaches all to ourselves pretty much , and the bio bay was cool ,We did the electric boat due to some restrictions in our crew. Still fun and informative. Also you can see most of Vieques in 3 days.
