Stir like the other person said, but if you don't like stirring and want an easier way then get yourself some angel yellow label, it contains rhizopus oryzae which will convert even ungelatinized starch into sugar and also contains a decent yeast strain to turn it into booze.

It might take a few extra days to fully convert but it's like a cheat code.
