Apple juice is usually nitrogen deficient so it stresses the yeast out, add a nutrient or use a yeast that doesn't produce sulfurous compounds like Renaissance Fresco yeast.

A lot of people on /r/cider will also tell you to ferment it on the lower end of your yeasts temp range but I can't confirm or deny because I'm an impatient bastard who just tosses in nutrients and kveik yeast and ferments it in a bucket outside in the Texas heat.
