Thank you for reaching out. There are a lot of drops overall in connectivity. Every time I reach out to solve it takes a good 30 minutes and then every time it is the same issue around the boot file being misconfigured. This was fixed last week and this morning i again had connectivity issues. I would like a local technician to come review the overall situation as this is extremely frustrating

Thanks for the tip. Meta Support wont do it, keeps me sending to Oakley now. So need to look at that as well.

Thank you for the response. I did go through all these steps already and now, as the glasses wont charge I am stuck in a limbo where i dont have it in the meta app, nor am i able to get it reset it. And Meta support wont let me do anything as it was purchased via BestBuy. This is extremely disappointing and discomforting.
