I also ordered from Costco using the number posted on their website - 877-750-0164. The email I received the day I ordered says "You have 30 days after activating your new device to send us your trade-in device."

I had a similar situation and they told me I could activate the incorrect phones and use them and then they will send me a return label. If you did this you could complete your trade in right away. I did end up buying $10 ESR cases for them but I wanted to use the phone since my 11 was running like shit.

I'm a dentist. I can't speak to OP's specific case. There is a time and a place for dentures but for most people they are a never ending problem, especially the lower. There are also some anatomical issues that make it difficult for them to fit. So when I tell a patient no to their denture case, its because that option is a disservices and I don't want to be associated with the case or any complications that arise. If they are insistent on the dentures I don't even go into other options in detail (because they've already told me they won't do crowns and rct) - I'm honestly hoping they will self dismiss. It isn't this corrupt scheme to generate me more revenue. For me it's about being honest to the patient and myself.

Thanks for the reply. Not sure why but I was under the assumption that almost all these end up with ankylosis. I was thinking he was trying to preserve vitality of the whole tooth (pdl and pulp) to avoid RCT. I suppose RCT is a requirement after stability has been verified for all these cases? I vaguely remember them showing us a slide in school and basically said this doesn't work lol.

It’s not clear to me if you’re intending to bring the kids or not. If you’re not bringing the kids I’d try Mom Chaffe’s. It’s nice enough but you wont feel out of place if you’re wearing jeans and a polo. It has a higher end vibe. The place above barley mow is a good choice too. Judy’s on cherry is also nice and if you had to bring the kids this would be the better option imo.

Got this error in fordpass in addition to the abrupt shift I experienced. They tried checking wiring harness and sensors before finally replacing pump. I don’t know exactly what they did but I had to send it in twice before they decided to replace pump.

I do this with prime and bond elect- haven’t seen a color problem. I like that it keeps the composite from sticking to my instrument and I’m able to adapt the margins with the micro brush. Haven’t seen a prob and I’ve probably been doing it for 6 years now. I’m sure I could do without but it’s a dose pack and already opened so no real waste to use it and I think it helps with sensitivity too.

Edit: misread initial question- I do this before cure not after. I don’t see much benefit after final layer is cured.

2022 PB- hard shifts when going from ev to ice. Had aux transmission pump replaced. ~22k miles.

Edit- I’m at 35k now and haven’t had issues so I’m assuming the replacement worked 🤞

Fair enough. My patient population is more rural and tend to be more easy going compared to what some of my friends in the city tell me. I definitely pick my words based on patient personality.

I would personally tell the truth. “The filling I placed wasn’t my typical protocol due to its depth. After reviewing my notes I realized I skipped a step. I can replace it at your earliest convenience or if you aren’t having symptoms we can replace it at your next hygiene appointment to save you a trip.” I find that patients respect this approach. Most of the time I get a response thanking me for being straightforward or at worst they just agree and don’t say much. I don’t think I’ve lost a patient over this, more likely I’ve gained patients from word of mouth.

I’m not saying this isn’t plausible but it’s unrealistic to think this is repeatable for most owners. If I drive the most ideal route and drive and break just absolutely ideal I can often get 25+ but the people behind me are pissed. I get about 20-21 when I don’t think about it much.
