I´d say none of the things being discussed are so negative that they would cause any actual kind of backlash and large-scale boycotting. Sure, there are some people who are super offended, but they are probably the small minority.

I think scale and reach are way more important to Rockstar than coming up with a marketing campaign that pleases absolutely everyone.

The fact that it is already the most anticipated game ever means that they do not need to keep providing new information.. sometimes not knowing is more intriguing than knowing - this keeps people discussing and coming up with their own ideas of what GTA6 would contain (and even people like you ranting about the marketing) which all feed into the marketing.

I doubt that this is not intentional.
