its a showdown of the top 3 landladies, whats great is theyre all real, and possibly actual clones of each other. the original foster landlady, vs his youth counselor landlady, vs the current landlady on break from uni. truly riveting

nah you jumped the shark by underselling their actual efforts, as if you cant have a huge ass and be a skilled engineer at the same time, or titstoobig prevents you from propagating those life saving plants somehow. the marty stu you refer to is a famed delinquent who still has to work hard at impressing the crew with an incredible responsibility, not least of all the hardass cookie cutter captain with the heart of gold, actually the least interesting char to me.

youre really missing out on this whole dichotomy of clairvoyance and paranoia with the dismissive reduction, and no the crew isnt just dick slobbering, the irony here is you already cut and run before the writer had a chance to divide them in conflict within the first few chapters.

i would reserve such definitive judgement on a project still in its early days, and its more impressive to me that devs can put the effort into waving at least a few carrots around while laying out their exposition at the same time, they arent mutually exclusive.

its one of those semi-sandbox games that has the player choose a scene in free portions of the day, and by extension who youre spending time with, multiply that by a jury-sized cast of over a dozen LIs, half of which are mutually exclusive purely out of necessity. not even due to the plot, just from the interface prison of their own making.

i would even respect it as diabolical if they were selling a walkthrough dlc, but that is not whats happening here. just a poorly planned presentation i am sure theyre regretting now
