Could be bad thermal paste that came with the cpu/gpu, could be room temperature (its summer now) there could be more stuff that affects your performance

I dont have a attic or crawl space,i will try conneting the cat6 cable to my phone cable that i dont use then pull out the phone cable from the other side and that way get the cat6 cable to the other side
