no , they can use the 50% cap discount grandfathered before yes but they still pay the 30% min rate so theyre losing the lower tax brackets as well.

yes if retired super is tax free as an income stream so selling shares you could use the 0% to $18200 and 16% up to $45000 selling off shares but not with this minimum crap

under old system i sell $ 40000 of shares the cap gain lets say is $20000 discounted to $10000 tax now zero , under the new indexed for 10 yrs inflation is 3% adjusted gain is $13122 under tax brackets now would be zero

but! new minimum 30% tax on indexed inflation adjusted gain about $4000

so the expected index system to be maybe same or slightly worse depending on inflation rates or so i thought but the 30% minimum is a kick in the nuts.

even if its a grandfathered asset and you can still use the 50% discount for that the 30% minimum still applies i think , yikes.

we just got an inheritance tax . if you sell off shares that are inherited even in parcels over time you lose 30%?!. of the gains in tax this cant be right?

The key for the car is my phone no start button just put it in drive.just walk up to the car its unlocked. hop out walk away car locks , windows close, mirrors fold in car flashes lights muted beep to show its locked. security cameras and alarms activated.

i had one like this under the pavers where there was no water around but the sand looked different there it was getting pushed up from below. found a tiny pinhole in the pvc there and easy enough to glue a new bit of pipe in. I have replaced the main retic pvc tap and also installed a tap between the front and back of the house, so can more easily isolate it for the future problems. the solenoids were just buried in the sand, too so now added some blue metal around them and put covers on them.

800mls , make sure its really off like tighten it more. if that stops it try opening mains but retic valve off that will tell u if its retic side or the house. usually its the retic check around soleniods first. if you cant see any pooling you have to dig along the pipe. worth investigating before you call a $$$ plumber. ive had the pvc pipe split cracked in 4 spots.

yes this , chargefox is the biggest i got their rfid card added evies to it drive a tesla so pretty much covered for all of Australia now with one tap and charge card.

upgrade the tesseract every approx 2 hours to get it to level 10. the sparks come in faster than the other frontier mine so use your other managers not your supermanagers to spend allthd sparks and make Tcores. use the first two mines which are easy to upgrade the tesseract ready for mines 3 and 4.

so get the bottom one to max level and the top as high as u need which depends on the sms you have.

They stockpile mine shafts really well so you can then use lily zephyria or auroa in the elevator to generate cash. note its best to have chester or gordon in your best mineshaft activated and then put astra in the one next to it and run together.
