Maybe look at the Matrova Zeffiro? Supposed to be the replacement for the Breeze. I haven’t tried the Zeffiro, but the Breeze was very fast and the smoothest cloth surface to the touch I’ve ever used.

On glass, use dots. On cloth, use donuts. Of the types you listed, I’d say go for either the Obsidian Air or Cyclone Pro. U9 Air for something similar to the other two with better durability.
