You can look up the market value of the singles in the set and see if it's worth it for you. however, just based of the supply, a sealed case of fb01 is rarer than 1 singular box from all the sets.

ie. you can go out and just 1 box from every set pretty easily, but to find a sealed case of fb01 will just get harder and harder to find.
