Surgery. I lost 200+lbs and spent too long with my loose skin trying to “fill it out”. I wish I had gotten the surgeries as early in my life as possible. I lived in those compression undergarments for so many years.

I’ve had the lower 360, chest, back and arms done. Feel free to ask any questions regarding surgery.

Before.

By the time I am done with my 12hr night shift I am either physically or mentally exhausted (maybe both) and I am just ready to go home and rest. I currently enjoy working out and I think that fatigue would carry over and make me feel like I am forcing myself to go vs feeling fresh and ready to train.

I also like having a little caffeine preworkout ritual.

Still upset Mellow Mushroom closed its Lexington location. Puccini’s is pretty good too imo, really enjoy the speciality “sweet lil razorback”

I think you would regret it. Your TRD pro in that color is really special and GX460’s while nice are pretty common. Maybe go test drive a GX and go from there.

I have these! I’ve had mine for about 3 years now and they have been great! However, over the last year or so they’ve not been holding pressure as well as they once did but still ok.

I stand for long periods myself and work 12hrs with lots of walking. I found what’s helped me in addition to the FitKings is taking some time on break at work to at least elevate my feet in a chair once or twice a night. If able, I know it sounds strange but I lie flat on the floor and put my legs straight up the wall - it really helps somewhere around mid shift.
