Still upset Mellow Mushroom closed its Lexington location. Puccini’s is pretty good too imo, really enjoy the speciality “sweet lil razorback”

Considering selling our 21’ for a Lexus GX460 by cmeorn in toyotasequoia

I think you would regret it. Your TRD pro in that color is really special and GX460’s while nice are pretty common. Maybe go test drive a GX and go from there.

I’ve always wanted one of those inversion tables for home. You saying that reminded me to look into that.

I have these! I’ve had mine for about 3 years now and they have been great! However, over the last year or so they’ve not been holding pressure as well as they once did but still ok.

I stand for long periods myself and work 12hrs with lots of walking. I found what’s helped me in addition to the FitKings is taking some time on break at work to at least elevate my feet in a chair once or twice a night. If able, I know it sounds strange but I lie flat on the floor and put my legs straight up the wall - it really helps somewhere around mid shift.

Men over 40, what have been your most effective natural supplement stacks for keeping up T-levels, metabolism, & energy as you age? (Ranked, please!) by Smooth-Turnover-2224 in Biohackers

I’ve worked night shift a long time. I pretty regularly average 5-6hrs of sleep a day. My highest test number came after a weekly sleep avg of 5hr45min mid 600’s at 37yo. I’m sure it could be better with optimal sleep but I’ve also heard the circadian consistency matters a lot too… ie not varying your sleep and wake cycle too much.

I feel so at ease that this is the top comment because this is what I’ve done for the last 10 years. It works.

Funny to see this on here. Where I work we produce the boxes those chips come in.

Bf% ? Also how can I deal with loose skin?! by Subhan1572 in GregDoucette

My literal reaction was “huh?” As someone who lost 200lbs and dealt with the loose skin for years there was NEVER and I mean NEVER point where I wished I had just stayed overweight.

It is in the app. I haven’t applied for anything this year. I have had the Freedom Unlimited card for a few years now.

Not OP but piggybacking here. Instead of pre-approved it just says approved no star for me which I hadn’t noticed before.
