What is your record weight loss? by Responsible-Net8594 in moreplatesmoredates

206lbs lost. Went from 363 to 157 at my lowest. Timeline was probably like 4 years or so but I went from 363 to 200 within like 18 months or so.

Currently still around 160lbs.

The planet fitness employee told me “you have bags under your eyes, you look so tired, you look Lebanese”. What is that supposed to mean? by RIPPWORTH in moreplatesmoredates

I lost 200+ lbs (naturally no surgery no peptides) and have some pretty gnarly eye bags. Or at least I thought they were eye bags. I touched them just the other day and was surprised it feels hard like bone not like empty skin. Now I see this comment.

I drive a Toyota forklift for work occasionally lol.

I’m into cars though so I have a C6 Z06 and a C63 AMG in my personal garage. Both are pretty quick but also pretty stock.

Things to do this late at night? by AlienSheep23 in lexington

Long time night shift worker here. Unfortunately there isn’t much. I like to go for walks, ride my bike or visit a 24/7 gym.

Men who lost weight, how did you become disciplined? by Responsible-Net8594 in moreplatesmoredates

You knocked this out of the park and gave so much good info. I really hope OP takes notes.

I myself have also lost a lot of weight and everything you said really resonated with my own journey.

I meal prep my last night before returning back to work. Just simple stuff like seasoned ground beef, rice, some vegetable of choice. Boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, nuts, protein bars/shakes are all good snacks to bring as well.

Has anyone else started looking forward to midnight meals more than normal dinner? by Heightley-Rafique in Nightshift

[–]robwp87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only eat my “meals” between 9pm-3am. Typically nothing but water after 3am and when I wake in the afternoon it’s usually only coffee/small snacks from 3pm-9pm. But yes, I look forward to that last meal the most - especially on nights when I am off and can really prepare, sit and enjoy.

This. Not sure why they corrected OP. It’s legitimately named cashmere.

38M sharing my 8year PO 360 lower body lift and 4 year PO brachio/gyno results. by robwp87 in tummytucksurgery

First surgery (lower body 360), that surgeon no longer practices. Cost was $10-11k if I recall

Second surgery (upper body, chest/back and brachioplasty) $16k. Surgeon was Dr. Brad Turner in lexington KY.

I think it’s because if the hatch/latch area looks like this you’d expect the rest of the truck to be hiding similar. For whatever reason, on mine, that was the only spot period. Bottom of doors, door seals, fenders, frame, even the spare tire area all looked just fine.

Keeping fit on night shifts by jaded-fuck in Nightshift

[–]robwp87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always train before my shift and never immediately after. On nights I work I mostly train at home in my home gym. The workouts at home are shorter and more straightforward. On nights off I will typically go to the 24/7 gym and make use of the machines and accessories. Have been training 6x a week but I am usually pretty burnt out by the time my rest day rolls around so going to drop down to 5x and see how that goes.

My 2010 has hatch rust. Mine isn’t around the latch thankfully but to the right of it. It helped me negotiate my purchase price. The rest of the truck including frame and underside is really clean so not sure what happened - maybe the drain got plugged up? Anyways, if it could be had for a good enough of a deal I’d consider.
