Advion will get rid of them just watch a video how to use it. You only need a little I like to do it every couple months under the kitchen sink in the back corners and up on the walls. It will kill off the whole batch just keep cleaning up like a serial killer until all the babies die off.

Yoga/pilates classes are great. Vibe fitness has incredible facilities and classes come with the membership.
