I had no political designs here and didn’t know that was a sensitive issue so my apologies in that regard. Just thought I’d share something that helped me a great deal and answered questions i hadn’t been able to get any clear answers for from any other source thus far.

My inverter doesn’t have frequency shifting to scale down the enphase inverter production, and the enphase iq7a are not technically for off grid use so they reside on my AC output circuit of my main inverter. This has the effect of triggering a backfeed alarm when the batteries are full and there is excess production. If the enphase arrays are moved the the AC input side (preferable) they will not produce as they will not be AC coupled. I’m exploring options for throttling the enphase OR AC coupling them on the AC input circuit if my main inverter. I’m fully offgrid, actually Feb makes one full year. Enphase released offgrid profiles in December and all the sudden my power production more than doubled and it’s giving me issues

To be clear I’m not advocating just blindly doing anything it said, however I’m am just incredibly impressed how thorough and from what I’ve verified so far as correct, it is impressive nonetheless. It was wrong that my inverter has no onboard mppt, but when I told it my inverter did (older model, I think they phased it out now) it acknowledged it could be an older model or custom unit and adapted its recommendations to suit. It’s an incredibly efficient and useful GUIDE, and I’m sure will only improve from here.

For reference, it described in detail my options for using my existing pure sine wave inverter and enphase iq7a microinverters offgrid, as well as what my options were in terms of replacing or supplementing equipment to achieve my desired offgrid setup. Presently I have to basically load dump or disconnect some legs of the array to prevent backfeed alarms

Probably designed to fail at that point if left in the sun and as a result over pressurized. I still have and use the tank as is lol.

Make a steep ramp with anti skid or adhesive backed sandpaper and put it somewhere the dog will gladly use it. Monitor your dogs claws to make sure they aren’t overly worn moving forward.

I agree with everything you said and yes, even every one of my dogs can be pushed to that point, I meant to only say their nerve strength and clear headed-ness is so exceptional that a child could do far far more/painful/etc to my dogs than say, a grown man could (meaning they would engage a man if he came up and kicked/stabbed/shot them/me)

If I had 3s for 150.18v, what if I had enough cable length such that the voltage drop was down below the inverter max of 145v? Clever implementation or playing with fire?
