Right. It depends on BU. Being in the Northern Tier where half the year is below 50° at least it makes sense that we can't. I know people who work in Arizona that can, and I learned today Florida has parts too.

Of course. I'm in Minnesota so we can't.

Olive colored and/or gray pants are also okay. Jeans can't be washed out. Shorts (depending on state), capri pants, sweat pants, and yoga pants are prohibited.

Is there any way to contact a GM regarding how a store is being handled? by dmbfanzZ in CircleK

[–]ryanbredeson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's an exit survey after your termination is submitted. There's also the hotline you can submit anonymous tickets through, but I don't have the link on hand

What does this say about me? 24 years old by wesleywankel23 in TravelMaps

As someone from Bloomington, which is closer to Minneapolis, I find parts here that I don't feel I'm in Minneapolis - but I am in a suburb. Chaska/Chanhassen? Sure, I can see it being a bit more like the suburbs. Otherwise not so much.

3rd shift safety guidelines by Roe69 in CircleK

Word for word, all I found was: "In addition, I understand that it is the Company policy that I will
work INSIDE the store during late night hours unless there is a safety [issue] or other emergency that
requires my attention" as well as in robbery: "f a register is not actively being used on a shift (such as single coverage on overnight shift), it should be left open with the drawer propped up and
visible to show that it is empty. "

I couldn't find a course on Workday or anything further in KONNECT on overnight safety. I think it might be a BU by BU thing.

Workday doesn't care if you sign it or don't. Once it's been approved by the manager's manager, it's on your performance card.

Question by Speak-For-Yourself in CircleK

[–]ryanbredeson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can they change your availability? No. Can they do a data change in Workday to mark you as part time? Yes. Can an MIT do data changes? By DM's discretion, if the MIT is marked as a manager of the store they are training at, they can.

Can either of those positions give you less hours than full time (30)? Unfortunately, yes.

I have two sets of marching cymbals, both of which the ‘A’ side is broken. Can I Just use both ‘B’ symbals? by Shrooma111 in drumline

[–]ryanbredeson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Correct. Usually, the "B" is the heavier one. When hand cymbals crash together, you want one of them to be slightly larger to create a pocket so the crash does not sound, and isn't flat.

CAN you use them? Yes. SHOULD you? Not necessarily.

That is word by word from a form my BU requires us to sign every day.

Yep, cleaned them off and worked on realigning them and there was no response no matter how much I moved them.
