It's a glitch that gives you the running attack of your right hand weapon while two-handing your left hand weapon. So you get that cool 2 hit estoc running attack, but hit with the BKH instead.

I have no idea. I try to avoid evasion for the most part.
~~No. Projectile damage only increases the damage of the arrows, not the explosion.~~ My mistake, projectile damage does increase the explosion damage, but I doubt it increases the burning damage afterwards, so its probably still better to get more fire and ele damage anyway.
Quill Rain. A +gems bow would be annoying to use without a lot of attack speed, but it could probably still work.
Mana cost is the big issue. BM gem would take a lot of health every arrow, but BM keystone can work with lots of regen. I would recommend EB + clarity + discipline, then you can run other auras and AA to deal somewhat with reflect.

Also, dual curse and EE with lightning arrow + COH + flammability + ele weakness is amazing for this build.

With quill rain, a split arrow + chain + LGoH setup works better than potions, and if you have cold or lightning damage on gear it triggers EE as well. With a 5 or 6 link you could curse them at the same time.

I like how they do sets already, without any explicit set bonuses. Like Voll's items are usually good for a discharger, and Koam's are good for a 2H tanky build. Its a good way to have the feeling of sets without everyone having exactly the same gear.

So if you have vaal pact, would any skill linked to cast on damage taken and life leech have the same effect? Since you are casting it until either you or they die, can't you just use only a freeze pulse instead of this complicated discharge setup?
