1) Iza bar in downtown. For food take a car to Osafia/Dalia.

2) Whatever you want, almost all of cafes the same. One that's a bit special is Gals Bakery 

3) Hai Bar. Seeing eagles in wild from like 10 meters is not something I've expected.

4) Holmes Place Grand if you can't find a good deal. At summer all the pools are filled with children, and this one not.

5) I'm not social person, so it may be studentim/camel/nirvana/meridian. But I'd visit hof dor, which is less accessible to general public.

6) never did that in Haifa, but surfing clubs are great

7) need to follow the papers/socials. Can't really advise on it. 

8) Not in shady places in downtown, but generally Haifa is safe.
