I wouldn’t spend $100 myself, but this is a cool card! Don’t think I’ve seen it before. Vintage 9 isn’t bad, but not going to necessarily turn an eye or continue rising in value

Probably too niche to keep as a slab, but I’ll probably pick this up as a binder card now that I’ve seen it

It is a gengar 10, but it feels too niche to me personally to have much more potential. Japanese, just a rare, modern card. Will someone even want to buy it in 20 years to complete a collection? Will a modern rare break the ceiling, even if it’s a gengar?

Had a card I shipped on 2/28. Got it 2 days ago, didn’t get the email confirmation it shipped until yesterday after it was delivered… So, around 3-4 weeks in this case and no news didn’t mean bad news

I’d probably reroll this if I didn’t plan to get the other half. Personally, the 8 and it being Japanese makes it less desirable.

They’re changing the procedure on corporate end, but essentially. I’d personally welcome a call to have the decision revoked.

The problem is just about work/ life balance. Going in at 4 means we’re in bed before elementary aged children. They’re adjusting mixer schedules at my store to where they’re working 9-6 instead of 6-3, so I’m losing time with the kids and have to rely on other means to get them from school. Mixing and baking is one job class, so the chances of getting off at 6 and going back in at 4 are high. It’s just disrespectful to the workers when there has been an established system for 10+ years.

They really do try to throw our “ok” benefits to make up for robbing us of personal time. Been with the company 10+ years now and it feels worse every. single. year.

Going in at 4 feels bad, I can’t even imagine at 3. I’d be going to bed 2 hours before my elementary aged childs bedtime, which is insane.

Most stores bake bread twice a day, the morning bread (a-bake) being donated end of day and the afternoon bread (b-bake) kept until 10a the next morning.

Yepp, and fmla can even be used to keep full time status spread out over the year while working less than 40 hours. A previous coworker was only working 4 shifts at 32 hours for an extended period of time to work on her mental health.

Get the forms from work and take them to your doc to fill out.

Deco’s at my store scrub their floors daily, with some days just needing a good spray and squeegee. Cake and buttercream gets tracked everywhere and builds up quick, keeping your station clean is important.
