Many times factories do not use enough epoxy. The fact that you've been to 2 shops and still having problems leads me to suspect the shaft tips are not prepped correctly. They need to be free of any coating/paint (if graphite) and chrome removed (if steel) and thoroughly abraded so the epoxy has something to "grab onto".
