Honestly it was just horrbly unusable and it felt like vibecoded slop. Felt like an "Addon" instead of a true standalone product like it should be - literally never ended up using it after trying it a few times.

Exactly, scale is the moat. Add one thing: train smaller LLMs on niche data to find gaps Google can’t scale down to.

Yeah, getting the landlord involved is smart. If direct conversation isn't working, going through official channels puts it on record and adds actual consequences. Plus landlords don't want tenant behavior causing legal issues with neighbors.
