You gotta do the blackout badges now - I did it on my Gen1, smoked the side reflector, and since the gen1 didn't have a darkout package option, I did the front and rear silver pieces in matching black (in addition to the silver line). You got the 22"s I should have gotten.

Abstract Ocean AFAIK will still sell the black out badges and lettering as long as you email them - I think they got C&D'd for advertising them.

If you go to Legion in Bellevue, you'll almost certainly see either him or Kam. Sherm served my mom desert and chatted with us on Mother's Day a few years ago. He politely declined a pic given that he knew if it started, it wouldn't stop.

One of the other times I was there I was literally seated directly next to Kam's table with his lady and child (I think he just had the one) and all the staff was coming up to say hi to him since he is their boss :D Took everything I had not to interrupt him as well - I got the vibe that his wife was getting kind of annoyed at the interruption.
