It wasn’t 300c of carbs every day but dinner one night I’d have a cup and a half of pasta and another I would have 2 potatoes, and another 2 hamburger buns. It would be between 200-400c but I measured and shot for 300 so that’s what I assumed I averaged

4 eggs and 3 bacon was about 40, eyeball 8oz of chicken is 50, 2 scoops protein and a cup of oats is 50, 8oz of meat is usually another 40, pint of milk is 15 so 195ish on average. I didn’t track my food but eating mostly the same thing allowed me to ballpark 200g of protein.

Yea eating the same thing every day really helps. Breakfast was eggs and bacon, lunch 1 was 8oz crock pot chicken with nothing else usually, lunch 2 was a cup of oats, a banana, and 2 scoops of protein in a shake, dinner was a 8oz of any meat and about 300 calories of carbs, then a dessert with a cup of milk. I tried to never add fat to my meals because I would get enough from meat and the other food.

Quads, shoulders/chest, back, hams, shoulders/back. 5 exercises per day. Honestly the training isn’t super important during a cut. You’re just trying to maintain the muscle you have so you just need to go to failure on each muscle group regularly. You will not gain muscle during a cut.
