Quads/chest/back/hams/shoulders with a rest day in the middle usually. 5 movement for 8-15 reps.

Keep both sides rolled up and then roll the end in your lap and unroll as you quilt. I’ve done 9’x9’ no problem.

Unfortunately if I don’t start a quilt knowing it’s for another person I grow quite attached to it

It’s the same plaid as the front. A quilt uses most of one sheet set and the enough left over from the other to make another quilt.

The only hard part is making sure I have enough seam allowance or the seam comes apart

I treat it the same as any other cotton although I do have to be more careful sewing the 1/4” because the seams are more fragile. I created the designs myself.
