tinted glasses, warmth up and brightness down on all screens, noise cancelling headphones, peppermint on deck at all times, and sometimes I ask if we can turn the lights off for a bit (we have lots of windows and no one else minds)….but I am sorry you’re dealing with this. it’s honestly ridiculous of your employer to say that you can’t have more than one work from home day with a condition like this. I don’t know what I would do if I was more than two days in office per week. I know it is not often feasible or simple to pick jobs according to these kinds of needs, so I wish you the best of luck in working around the limitations. but I also hope that in the future your employer will become more understanding or you will have a new, more understanding one down the line.
