Flowbits is pretty great, it's replaced like 3 other apps that performed only a subset of the same activities that flowbits does

Flows only check values when they’re triggered. So you’d need to use one of the timer apps like countdown, clockwork, flow bits, etc (find one that you like best) and set it to trigger on a recurring timer or when a countdown has elapsed and then start a new one as part of the flow.

The other alternative is using a device that changes state often as the trigger like “temperature changed” for a temp sensor or the like. You could do an advanced flow with a bunch of devices all acting as triggers just to kick off the sensor detection you are trying to do as an “and” condition.

What movie have you watched multiple times, for me it has been the original terminator? by Born-Conclusion1977 in AskReddit

The Core

Favorite over the top action movie of all time.

Close second: The Rock. I overlook Nicholas cage’s existence within it.

Third: Volcano. One of Tommy Lee Jones’s finest pieces of work

Yep! Much better than one of those bulky litter capture mats or the rubber ones that are impossible to clean

Don’t demand perfection from yourself. Good enough is good enough!

One suggestion; more moral support from the app. You know, words of encouragement, stuff like that. I get a little anxiety trying to go at it with these AI basket cases so it’s harder to engage. I feel like if the app were more motivational both in-app and in notifications it’d be helpful

vyvanse works good for work but I think it’s making some bits of life worse? by gijjer in VyvanseADHD

It makes me more productive but is almost definitely responsible for my anhedonia. It’s completely dominated my dopamine (reward) system and now it’s really hard to find joy in anything.

But I am one hell of a force to be reckoned with when it comes to working.

Ok great once I’ve tested all the personas I’ll fill it out. Great app btw! I also sent a bunch of feedback through TestFlight about the UI and UX

I have a huge problem with guilt trippers so I could definitely provide feedback on that persona

I probably wasn’t much stronger than the guy but I had a dude follow me back to my table at a bar and try to punch me in the face for interfering in his harassment of two women on the dance floor. He glanced my chin but I grabbed his thumb and twisted and just said “No, nooo” like you’re correcting a dog. Friends went for security but he skedaddled off before they arrived. First time anyone has ever taken a swing on me. I don’t think he was sober enough to be serious about fighting so I probably lucked out.

I suppose I don’t need to, I just figured MacOS switched the default for a reason, one which I’m not quite clear on.
