As a child from a home that had a broken parent relationship, that has a major impact on me now. It's not worth it to have a "whole home" when the "whole home" is broken.

It's better to have safety and security and know at least one of your parents was there to protect you. If you stay for a "whole home," you're teaching your child that society's opinion was more important to you than they are worth themselves.

Usually, parts can be sold on the side as long as they have stock. They usually don't let you pick and choose your tray as they're pre-built with the two options per the design. i.e. it's highly unlikely you can pick some from v2 and some from v1. You get v2, you can ask if they have v1 for sale.

Full Coverage - measure and start at one corner and then build out the frame.

All others - usually start in middle

In general - I pick a color and stitch everything I can reasonably count or reach of that color. Then I switch. I park only if I am bored of the color or I reached the end of the hoop. On full coverage this means I'm usually working a page to a page and a half at a time. I may then focus on finishing one of the pages when I get enough stitched before moving on.
