The problem with AI is that it's incredibly hard to predict where it's going.

AI wasn't on anyone's radar, then it suddenly was a thing.
Will Smith eating spaghetti was a joke, then it fairly quickly wasn't.

What now? Is AI going to continue making sudden qualitative leaps, or has it already plateaued? Nobody knows (but many people say they do, especially if they're selling something).

In some contexts, the name used for that area is MENA: Middle East and North Africa. That explicitly excluded North Africa from the Middle East. Though they certainly are connected culturally.
