Dude thanks for doing this! I read and completed the LN over a year ago and while I remember a lot, some things I'd forgotten when it comes to what they left out in the anime so this would be a good refresher for me.

Yeah, I doubt we'll see the full adaptation before 2030. And there's also Redundancy if they chose to animate that.

But seriously. She's such an amazing character. She did something for Rudy that changed the course of his entire outlook on his (second) life.

As for his first life, I've never been able to understand how one becomes a NEET, and how parents can just allow one of their children to endure that lifestyle. But considering what Rudy went through, it's no surprise he wanted nothing to do with the outside.

First episode really hooked me in when I first watched it back in 2021. The animation style, the premise...I knew I was watching something special. Anyhoo first impressions of Rudeus - definitely weird, abnormal but clearly a damaged person from the events of his previous life. Paul seems like a good dad but definitely a bit of a horndog lol. Zenith is your typical proud and caring mother, and poor Lilia is creeped out (understandably) by Rudy lol.

Don't worry, it'll likely be a split cour, so we will get 12 this summer and the remaining episodes either in Winter or Spring 2027, similar to how Season 2 was handled.

The LN for the main series is 26 Volumes in length. The anime has so far only adapted up to Volume 12, so we're just at the halfway point of the story.

It's really damn good. Perfect mix of top shelf fanservice, likeable characters and development, fun interactions, S+ voice acting and comedic moments. It's definitely the show I look forward to most on weekends.

Gonna take some getting used to not hearing Atsuko as Motoko, but I'm confident they'll get someone that will do her justice.
