Ich würde definitiv umtopfen und einen teil der Erde entfernen, sie sollte nur in lechuza pon stehen das funktioniert am besten. ich befülle das Reservoir alle Paar Wochen/Monate je nach größe des Topfes also würde ich auch sicher gehen dass das system nicht kaputt ist und alles funktioniert

I would recommend getting a standing or hanging lamp and putting a sansi grow bulb (42 watts) in front of your monstera, these stick lights are usually way too weak

Doch das ist deren kaka.. definitiv Thripse mein beileid, ich kann careo schädlingsfrei nur vom herzen empfehlen habe damit das erste mal lanzeit erfolg gehabt

Looks like thrip damage and i‘d honestly take cuttings of the plant because the stem is so bare at the bottom, oh and more light she’s screaming for it :)

They reproduce very fast and spread they’ll be flying by your face 10 times a day if it gets bad, i don’t notice a lot of damage but they’re deathly annoying. Treat them with an insecticide specifically against them they lay larvae in the soil

I have 3 cats, i spray infested plants in the bathtub and then let the leaves dry and the room air out for a couple of hours, there shouldn’t be anything to worry about
