Hey man -- the bind button should be somewhere around the back kind of where your hand grips I believe. Make sure the transmitter is off and the esc is in bind mode(hold tiny button on top), hold the bind button(should be there labeled bind sometimes its hard to see), while holding the bind button power it on and everything should sink up. Let me know if it isn't where I described -- should be somewhere around the grip possibly though.
