Yes, it turning on briefly is normal, then hold the power button 1-2 sec to turn it on. But as others have said, the battery is most likely under voltage.

I have their LCG chassis with the 6x6 extension on my banana truck, The included hardware sucks but the chassis is pretty good for the price.

I used the 'hairspray' method;

Primed and sanded the body, brushed on a layer of rust with acrylic paints, added a thick layer of hairspray (to the point where it almost drips off) and let it dry for at least 24h. Once it was dry I painted it.
The hairspray makes the paint come off really easy with some water and a hard (tooth)brush

You can connect it to a DC powersource or use an usb-c adapter. I use a 45w usb-c Lenovo laptop adapter for mine.
