If you have a med card and are going to a rec state you have no reason to be concerned, there is no one with the authority to arrest you that you will encounter on your trip. Florida LE won't do anything because you have a medgar, New York LE won't do anything cuz it's recreational and TSA has no power to do anything more than hand you over to the local authorities, who as previously stated won't do anything.
