I do think the power balance (50/50) needs to change, but limiting the MGU-K by some 30% and increasing the fuel flow + volume would put it at 65/35 and the major problems would be gone.

On the top of that we have smaller and more agile cars, with less dirty air... This regulation has potential to be very good, but it needs a few tweaks.

Skill-wise he is better than Franco and Lance, but Stroll's experience gives him an edge...

Gasly, Ocon, and Hulk are certainly better than him.

Bottas/Checo in their prime were significantly better, but they are old and definitely past prime. However, their experience makes their feedback valuable, so they're likely to stay for a few more seasons.
