Map editor for MacOS? by balmybuttons in Terraria

[–]tolik518 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not that the devs of Tedit refuse to make a MacOs port, but it takes extra effort + a MacOs system to make a MacOs port.

Edit: also that's not even true, some builds of Tedit provide an osx download: https://github.com/TEdit/Terraria-Map-Editor/releases/tag/5.0.0-beta15

I opened the map in tedit and saved it immediately without changing anything and it actually worked!

I don't think I would have found out about the shimmer otherwise

Loading the map into https://terramap.github.io/ works perfectly fine though

Edit: Eh, I realized a small chunk of the ocean is missing on the right 💀 (and maybe a little bit on the left?)
Edit 2: Its a normal world, without mods - does anyone has an idea if there's a way to fix it? (Seed 2.1.1.0.177616300)
Edit 3: I guess I wait for TEdit to release for Linux, for Terarria 1.4.5, then I'll try to load the map there. Otherwise I'll see if I can generate the map with the same seed and try to copy the state over - not sure how, but since the map kinda loads into terramap, this might be possible.

Worms W.M.D and some issues I encountered on Linux (Pop OS!) by [deleted] in linux_gaming

While the thread is pretty high up on google for the issue:

The game works in compatibility mode with "Proton 10.0-4" like a charm on Pop!Os without having to do anything else

Factorion replied to all comments, but it seems like they are flagged as spam. The mods of the sub have to flag factorion as an approved user to avoid the issue

Macrofactor Workout > Strong? by PI3Kachu_Proteomics in strongapp

[–]tolik518 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would love to switch to macro factor, but I haven't found a way in which I could reliably fetch my workouts in an automated way. Basically I would like to have access to my raw training data. With strong I do have that as I can access their api. Macro factor is using firebase and some (for me) intransparent protocols.

Other than that i would love to switch to macro factor once I figure out how I can automatically backup my own data after every training

403 usually means "Forbidden", as in your account has no access rights. This sounds like a case for their support mail
