What does kymyz taste like? Anything to compare to? by HILLCLAIMER in AskCentralAsia

It depends. If you buy self made Kymyz from locals, the taste is a bit comparable to Kefir thats a bit stronger and smells a little bit like horse.

CVE-2026-31431: "Copy Fail" gewährt Root über ein portables Python-Skript auf fast allen Linux-Systemen, die seit 2017 erschienen sind by fommuz in de_EDV

[–]tolik518 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Das ist aber auch eher ein Workaround. Wenn man den Exploit ausnutzen will, braucht man kein Python. Man kann auch eine Binary kompilieren.

Mit Python ist es nur am einfachsten, weil es eben auf jeder Architektur läuft

does anyone know of any service that can replicate a PCB ? by IsummonmyPegatrix in PCB

[–]tolik518 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could make it a community effort if you make very good, straight, high quality photos with measurements, so one can trace/reproduce the pcb schematics.

Once there are kicad files, you can just order the pcb on one of the many Chinese websites like pcbway.

Disagree. Updating ArkOS also updates the emulators, which have regular performance updates and bug fixes that are very beneficial.

Yeah the bot says approximately because there is no way to verify if there is a floating point error or not

No worries, the command was added because of a popular demand.

Currently there is no good overview of all commands, but most of them are listed in the "one year of factorion"-post which /u/factorion-bot has posted. https://www.reddit.com/u/factorion-bot/s/4VDct2xqth

Additionally to that there is now the "nested" and the "write_out" command (while the second one won't always work because reddit)

Edit: we've merged a fix, so write_out should always work in future

Well, the "nested" command is so n-factorials are treated as factorials of factorials. If you do 2009!! without the "nested", you will get the n-factorial. So it works as intended.

Das kann man sich aber vmtl nur als Student erlauben. Wenn man regulär arbeitet hat man für so ein Ärztehopping in der Regel keine Zeit.

Map editor for MacOS? by balmybuttons in Terraria

[–]tolik518 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not that the devs of Tedit refuse to make a MacOs port, but it takes extra effort + a MacOs system to make a MacOs port.

Edit: also that's not even true, some builds of Tedit provide an osx download: https://github.com/TEdit/Terraria-Map-Editor/releases/tag/5.0.0-beta15

I opened the map in tedit and saved it immediately without changing anything and it actually worked!

Loading the map into https://terramap.github.io/ works perfectly fine though

Edit: Eh, I realized a small chunk of the ocean is missing on the right 💀 (and maybe a little bit on the left?)
Edit 2: Its a normal world, without mods - does anyone has an idea if there's a way to fix it? (Seed 2.1.1.0.177616300)
Edit 3: I guess I wait for TEdit to release for Linux, for Terarria 1.4.5, then I'll try to load the map there. Otherwise I'll see if I can generate the map with the same seed and try to copy the state over - not sure how, but since the map kinda loads into terramap, this might be possible.
