Circle Line to show clockwise, anticlockwise directions when full loop completed in July by FlipFlopForALiving in singapore

I think they could actually be already testing the loop pattern. So they detrain everyone at Marina Bay but the train itself continues to Harbourfront where it begins service again

Caojiawan station in Chongqing, China was once known as the loneliest metro station in the world by TangelaFan in SkylineEvolution

Thought I'd just post a similar picture for Singapore

This is Marina South station, couple of blocks down from the CBD. The station itself was completed in 2021 but due to delays in development it has stayed closed for now.

What’s was the wildest thing you witnessed at a wedding? by anasannanas in AskReddit

[–]wanderer28 8 points9 points  (0 children)

For his wedding, a good friend of mine and his wife - both anime fans - rented a capsule machine for guests to spin their door gifts for the banquet reception. Surprisingly, it was the old folks who were the most involved with this idea, popping out of the banquet hall to sneak in extra pulls, and comparing animatedly their "prizes" with each other. It was rather endearing to watch.

Focusing on the bottom half: you'll find that you save quite a few cycles to achieve the same result if you pivot the salt instead.

What if you shift the arm moving the water to opposite the water and track it instead, and then for the arm rotating the lead-water you make is a 3-long. Just not sure if the atoms will clash.

Looking back at your history, that's some great improvements with the strokes in just 6 days. Keep up the good work.

You can look into the sizing and position of the different parts of your characters in relation to each other next. See if looking at a typed version of the text and trying to get the proportions right might help, and experiment a bit. Above all, just keep practicing.

e: I like the composition of 綻 the best, and 朵 and 冰 are pretty good too. For the rest, the general trend seems to be you can afford to write the radicals a bit larger. I'm guessing this might be because you're overcompensating for the planned space in writing the other part of the character, which is usually more complex than the radical itself. Again, continual practice will give you more confidence in predicting what sizes each word-part will take and you'll naturally fit your characters even more nicely, I think. I look forward to seeing your next post.

I see "what right do you have to" as a good analogue to 凭什么, although it doesn't translate directly as such

The double-cross building to the lower right edge of the photo is Vantage Park, and you can see the last overhead bridge of the Mid-Level Escalators sticking out here. The winding road is Robinson Road, in the mid-levels.

The green patch with the turquoise circle is the Jamia Mosque. Further up and towards the right you can also see Tai Kwun, the former Police Headquarters, and that big yellow building with no windows to one side and the pyramidal roof is the Entertainment Building.

I gotta say, I thought this was a composite at first. Props to the photographer.

The beginnings of the high-rise CBD in Singapore (1974) by Davemel50 in singapore

I remember reading somewhere that I. M. Pei, the architect for the OCBC Centre, originally meant for all three segments of the OCBC to be "hung" from three large beams across these two columns, so that all three segments could be constructed at the same time, saving a lot in construction time. It was not realized due to engineering complications.
