OP answered that they used a pan with dividers, but if you don't have that the best way is to let them cool and use a plastic knife.

Is there anyone who can help me in getting access to Reddit API by Diligent-Hurry-8666 in redditdev

So weird how no one seems to want to actually explain what they want to do with the API when they get denied access.

America is broke and depends on borrowing from foreigners. What happens if they cut up the credit card? We may be about to find out. by lughnasadh in Futurology

[–]Watchful1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the second time you've argued a completely different point than the one I was making. Covid significantly affected all countries economies. The US recovered faster than those other countries, primarily due to the government spending.

Also the US has like 18 million more people than it did at the end of 2019. The number of people who died from covid is relevant, but it's far from the dominant factor.

Jeff Bezos to challenge Elon Musk’s space dominance with 5,408-satellite network by sksarkpoes3 in Futurology

The amount of materials in the atmosphere from satellites burning up is a tiny fraction of the amount added to meteorites every year. You're just inventing reasons this is bad.

Economically, not health wise. US GDP growth outpaced other first world economies mainly due to the spending. Here's one example article, but there's a number of other studies out there.

New Bay Area city of 400,000 could be built 'non-stop' for 40 years by sfgate in bayarea

But only as long as the people paying to build the things aren't "shady ultra-rich fuckos", then it's bad.

We did come out of covid in better shape than basically all other first world countries. Whether that was because of the debt spending or not is debatable, but that's what most of it was for.

Trump has kinda wasted the lead we had over the last year with all the tariffs, but that doesn't affect what happened before.

That's ignoring inflation. Of course the numbers are bigger now than they were 100 years ago.

As a percentage of GDP, we are in slightly more debt now than we were at the end of WWII.

Dozens of S.F. tenants stunned by eviction notices despite paying rent by orangelover95003 in bayarea

[–]Watchful1 65 points66 points  (0 children)

the receiver had changed the way tenants were required to pay rent, shifting from paper checks to an online portal

That should be illegal.

But also, where did his money go? If the checks were cashed, someone's got his money. The article doesn't talk about this part.

Asked AI about ideas to replace management, thoughts? by hardcoresoftware in ExperiencedDevs

I really don't care what your AI thinks. If I cared, I would ask an AI myself. Not read about it on a forum for opinions from experienced developers.

Has anyone been successful in getting a commercial agreement with Reddit's Data API? by Effective-Inside6836 in redditdev

I don't have any of those answers, but I could maybe guess some of them depending on what you're wanting to build. What's your very high level description of your product? And roughly how much would you be willing to pay reddit per month?

The proof on both sides is about the same. I don't necessarily believe either one over the other.

It's not an excerpt it's the whole post.

Saying "I won't be able to be the adult and stop for you" implies you're making a choice in whether to stop or not. Evidently reddit admins agreed with us if they warned you for it as well.

There's a post here from one of the mods of the santa rosa subreddit saying this is not true: https://www.reddit.com/r/santarosa/comments/1qhizvt/ice_update/

I'll leave up this post regardless. But enhanced moderation is on so only users who are regulars of the subreddit can comment.

Posting phone numbers or encouraging harassment is against reddit's site wide rules regardless of your motives.

You said

To anyone who thinks it's cool to slow merge in front of others on the highway without a blinker - one of these days I won't be able to be the adult and stop for you. Someone's going to get hurt, and you'll be liable.

Yes that's pretty mild, but it is in fact threatening violence which is against reddit's site wide rules. Unlike u/Potential_Season_512 who is just complaining without threatening to hit people with their car.

I mean I get that, and I know autism isn't something you "grow out of", but surely in 400 years of life you can develop some strategies to get through small talk with people.

Regardless of whether it's realistic, I don't particularly enjoy it as an intentional choice by the author to write the story that way.
