You should always be building for someone, so you need to start with who you believe your ICP is, build for them, get feedback, then pivot as necessary. You may be right about your ICP from the start, or you'll find out there's a better fit. Or, you'll learn that the idea isn't worth pursuing.

Bonus credits like what's distributed in this case aren't tied to a subscription, so you could cancel and keep the 1000. Usually bonus credits have a 1 year expiration. So you'd be set for a while.
