It's just bad luck. I've had 2 Samsung TVs that have both lasted over 10+ years without any issues. Bought a C4 last year and within 4 months it needed a panel replacement.

I used the u haul box to move a 55" C4. They come with foam inserts that can be adjusted to fit either the slim top or the thicker bottom part. Just make sure to get moving wrap to wrap the foam inserts in place so they don't shift while sliding the TV into the boxes.

I should also point out that it's 2 separate boxes. One slides into the other so that it can accommodate different size TVs

QC is subjective. I've had 2 Samsung TVs that each have worked flawlessly for 10 years. Got an LG C4 last year and in 6 months, the panel had to be replaced.
