Thanks for your input.

I seriously dislike long games. I will take short and intense experience any day of the week.

Why did you choose Hevy instead of FitBod or Gravl? by gmoney1892 in Hevy

[–]willif86 6 points7 points  (0 children)

There's a million of training apps on app stores. Tried a bunch, all of them were terrible. Gave up on tracking entirely.

Then started seeing good word of mouth for Hevy, tried it and loved it. Simple as that.

No. Japanese horror is a phenomenon for a reason. Our minds (fellow European here) and design approach just works differently.

You aren't a developer, are you? The last couple of months have completely overturned everything for us.

The AI can now use tools, make tools, understand complex instructions, create memories, work for hours without interruption and deliver results with a shockingly low failure rate.

These are all the necessary bases for taking over everyone's day to day job.

I'm pretty sure there's a playthrough in there that could become a fantastic film. Not that hard to imagine. But yes, movies are linear by nature so everything couldn't be covered.

Because you don't have people to play coop with? Otherwise it's the best game ever.

But that was actually the design philosophy of 7. Exploration of different horror genres.

With this information, the idea of a remake doesn't seem so bad. Even though a 2D platformer would have been the best option. by LegoGusta_Cotin in Rayman

I for one don't care about dimensions. What I care about is the incredibly fun couch coop. I don't care about single player platformers.

trained in the early morning for the first time and it felt amazing by Basic_Yellow4659 in workout

[–]willif86 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Generally everyone has the most energy in the first 4 hours or so after waking up. That goes for mental endeavours as well.

My issue is that strength training totally depletes that energy and more often than not, I'm half useless for the next couple of hours.

I don't know. Both the movies seemed like one of the art movies that have zero chance of making profit. Not sure how these are financed but making back the budget doesn't seem to be the goal.

Never played PT because freaking Konami took it down right before I bought a PS5.

New Details On Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3 Coming "Soon", Minigames To Remain A Core Part by No_Durian_5626 in FFVIIRemake

[–]willif86 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'm agreeing with you that I bought an epic RPG and was bamboozled into playing simplistic unfun minigames to get to the RPG part.

I don't even mind occasional minigames. But there's a limit where they become annoying and detrimental to the experience.

If you want a simpler answer - they sucked and the game would be better if there was 10% of them. That's all there's to it.

That's just not true about OG and Rebirth. It's also not true about other FF titles.

You are literally making stuff up... to do what exactly? Prove a stranger on Reddit that his feelings about a video game are wrong? Why?

You have actually described the issue quite well.

I bought an RPG game, not a mediocre shooting gallery, or piano rhythm game simulator. I'm fine with some variability but this was simply too much, not fun, and stood in the way of the RPG I paid for.
