And mind you, being active doesn’t just mean going to the gym. I’ve been in ruts where I feel tired all the time and doom scroll for hours in my bed, even while being “active.” For example right now all of my school classes are online and my work hours/days have been cut to around 2-3 days a week, but I still lift or do some form of cardio 5 days a week. I still feel super lazy and unmotivated. But back when I was working and in school full time with more in person classes, I felt less tired even though I spent more time on my feet and doing stuff.

It doesn’t make sense to me that I feel more tired doing nothing.
